Itinerary Details

Day 01: Arrival/ Drive to Kathmandu

Pick up from Gorakhpur and drive to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at the hotel, welcome drinks and check-in. Evening for explore the Hub of Kathmandu (Thamel) by own. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Conference Day

Breakfast and full day will be for Conference followed by AM/PM Tea with Lunch. Evening enjoy Gala dinner, DJ and entertainments. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day 03: Kathmandu sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be taken to the tour of Pashupatinath Temple (Which belongs to Lord Shiva), Swayambhunath Stupa (monkey temple) and Chandragiri Hills (one of the most beautiful places from where you can explore beauty of nature, hills, mountains, valley, 2.5km cable car ride & Bhaleshwor Mahadev temple). After sightseeing, drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day 04: Departure

Breakfast, check-out from the hotel then drive towards Gorakhpur for your onward destination.
