Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrive at Amritsar

The Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala tour package starts after the arrival of guest at Amritsar. Pick-up from Railway Station transfers to specified hotel/resort for check in. Rest of day is at leisure. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel/resort and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amritsar to Dalhousie and Local Sightseeing

After breakfast check-out from the hotel/resort and head to Dalhousie by cab. It will take approximately 5 hours to reach Dalhousie. Reach Dalhousie and check-in to the specified hotel/resort and take some rest. Explore the beautiful hill trails and take a walk to Satdhara and Panj Pulla waterfalls. Visit the Subhash Baoli and Churches. Return to the hotel/resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Dalhousie - Khajjiar- Dalhousie (excursion) “Mini Switzerland”

Khajjiar:23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. Hutchison writes, "Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level". After breakfast visit to Khajjiar Sanctuary - Gandhi Chowk - Khajinag Temple - Khajjiar, known as one of the most charming spots in the Himalayas,then visit to Chamba is also the most charming spots in the Himalayas, later back to hotel.free for leisure, overnight stay at hotel at Dalhousie.

Day 4: Dalhousie to Dharamshala

Proceed to Dharamshala. On arrival in Dharamshala visit Bhagsunag Temple and Dalai Lama Monastery. Namgyal Monastery, St.John Church , McLeod Ganj Mall road , Mall road Visit the Dharamshala cricket stadium, one of the highest sports grounds in the world, colorful Buddhist temples and Churches Return to the hotel/resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Dharamshala to Amaritsar

After breakfast proceed for Amritsar. On arrival check in to the hotel, after leaver for Wagah Border. Visit War memorial museum, Evening return to hotel and overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 6: Amaritsar Local sisghtseeing

Drop Railway station After breakfast leave for local city tour, visit the Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh, further proceed to railway station as per the itinerary.
